Cancel or move a night
On the night, tap Can't happen on this day? It's near the top, on the phone and on the website, and it has two choices.
- Move it to another day - pick the day, today included. Tickets stay good, the time stays the same, and you see who is told before anything moves. Ticket holders get the new date, crew who said yes are told, and crew still waiting are asked again. Dance Seekers shows the new day. In a series, only this night moves. Undo puts it back.
- Cancel it - you see what happens first. With tickets sold you choose: refund everyone, move everyone to another night, or let each buyer choose. Transaction fees are non-refundable. With nothing sold and no crew, it takes one confirm.
A cancelled night comes off Dance Seekers and stays on your calendar, marked cancelled. Cancelling a night with tickets sold takes a seat that can give refunds, usually the owner; a manager can move it. A night nobody came to can still be moved, even after its date. Once people have come through the door it stays as a record: use Make another like this.
